1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — 89bd1's website, mobile application and all related digital services.
• "User" — any person who has created an account on 89bd1 or is using the platform.
• "Account" — a personal gaming account registered on the platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in an account, including deposited money and bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" — money awarded as a promotion or reward that cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

Words used in the singular in this document also apply in the plural and vice versa. Headings are used for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use the services on 89bd1, you must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request identification or other documents for age verification at any time. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure, and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Terms

Each user may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts. At the time of registration you must provide the following accurate information:

• Full legal name (as per national identity card)
• Correct date of birth
• A valid email address
• Correct mobile number

If any information provided at the time of registration is found to be false or misleading, 89bd1 reserves the right to close the account and withhold any funds and winnings.

2.3 One Person One Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same household, the same device or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach of this policy, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You are personally accountable for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Transferring Access to Third Parties

Your account is entirely personal. Transferring, selling or lending it to any other person is prohibited. 89bd1 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from use by a third party.

3.3 Updating Information

It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately of any changes to your registered information. 89bd1 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 89bd1 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

If a deposit is not successfully reflected in your account, contact our support team with proof of your transaction. Depositing via a third-party payment account is prohibited — use only an account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency and Tax

All financial transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). It is the user's own responsibility to settle any applicable taxes or duties on gaming winnings. 89bd1 does not provide tax advice.

4.4 Transaction History

The history of all deposits and withdrawals is available in your account dashboard. In the event of any dispute, the information recorded in our system will be considered final.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳20,000 will add an additional ৳20,000 bonus. Before withdrawing this bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x).

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. The wagering requirement stated at the time the bonus is announced applies. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds; restrictions on specific games apply.
• A bonus may only be claimed once; any attempt to claim it more than once fraudulently will result in account closure.
• 89bd1 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus program.

5.4 VIP Program

The 89bd1 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.7%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). You can advance to a higher tier by remaining regularly active. VIP benefits are governed by separate terms and 89bd1 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

89bd1 is committed to ensuring fair and safe gaming for all players. We use world-class game software powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is predetermined, and 89bd1 or its staff do not control any outcome.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Special restrictions may apply when placing bets with bonus funds.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical fault causes a disruption to any game, 89bd1 may declare that round void and refund the wagered amount. Any winnings resulting from a system or software error will be considered void.

6.4 Sports Betting

Separate rules apply to cricket, football and other sports betting, which are detailed in the betting section. Any bet associated with match-fixing or score manipulation will be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 89bd1. Breaching these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus fraud or exploiting the bonus system
• Hacking game software or using any unauthorized software
• Attempting to alter game outcomes by artificial means
• Using third-party payment methods or stolen bank cards
• Fraudulent activity against the platform or other players
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 89bd1's Rights

89bd1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to cooperate with account verification
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Direction from a legal authority

8.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your own account at any time through our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining real funds (excluding bonuses) before the account is closed. Verified real funds are generally refunded.

8.3 Restriction Period

If an account closure is requested while responsible gaming limits are active, it may not be possible to reactivate the account before the specified period has ended.

9 Limitation of Liability

89bd1 is not liable for the following:

• Gaming sessions interrupted due to internet disruption
• Issues with third-party services or payment gateways
• Loss caused by unforeseen technical faults

• Loss caused by unauthorized access to a third-party account
